My first time doing guided meditation. I should have done it a long time ago. It released so much I have been holding to.

I admit I am cheap. I do not spend money on this kind of stuff since bill collectors dont have time to hear me say I took bill money and went to the spa.

But I am on vacation and everyone said I should try it. Yall! This aint no luxury. This is some real necessary stuff. I aint never felt anything like this. It is great and I will be back for sure!
